Summary of Job:

As part of the OXC Channel team, this position will facilitate the execution of media processes, media measurement, and capabilities across the Commercial Organization.  Additionally, it will support the Omnichannel media and social media tactics within KKNA and work closely with the OCX Brand and Data teams to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Functions:

  • Support OCX Media & Channel operations across a range of strategic topics from annual brand media planning, social media planning, tactic selection, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Collaborates with media AOR and supports / reviews tactical plan development.


  • Collaborates with social media AOR to review tactical plans and content development.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for social media governance, ensuring processes and policies are respected.


  • Translate strategy statement into ideas and actions; Partner with OCX Brand team to expand communications planning influence beyond single deliverables into orchestrated media marketing tactics that deliver on stated goals using approved marketing and communications channels and strategies.
  • Support strategic positioning, segmentation initiatives, audience targeting, and holistic program planning and communications.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all media activation, processes, and reporting needs.
  • Champion the compliant use of data and conversation of data into actionable insights to drive efficient and effective customer experiences; transform campaign metrics and market research into actionable customer insights, observations, and implications.
  • Regularly gather internal customer and external industry feedback to continuously improve and enhance the media offerings to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Ensure omnichannel standard processes, including SOPs and policies for risk mitigation, are followed across the business and with all supporting digital agencies.

Job Requirements:

Education

B.A. or B.S. in Business or Digital Marketing required, preferred M.B.A. in Marketing

 

Experience

4 - 6 years of pharmaceutical/life science, OTC, DTC/HCP, Agency experience in Digital & Omnichannel Marketing / Operations and/or support in those areas

 

Technical Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite. Veeva Commercial Cloud, Google Analytics, Social & Paid Media Management, Commercial Data solutions (e.g. Power BI), Marketing CRM, Proficient in MS Office Suite.


Non-Technical Skills

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A strong work ethic is required. Detail-oriented and excellent follow-through. Has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment. Has a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization.

Physical Demands: Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work.

Working Conditions: Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
