The Retail Wireless department of Boost Mobile is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Marketing Investments. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing investment strategies to drive business growth and maximize return on investment (ROI). You will oversee the allocation of marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing investment strategies across channels to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across different marketing activities, campaigns, and channels
  • Develop accurate forecasting models to project future marketing spend and performance, and generate regular reports to track key metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align investment strategies with broader business priorities
  • Analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as ROI, CPO, CPGA, and conversion rates
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing investments and improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing investment professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Accounting
  • MBA or Masters degree is a plus but not required
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy, investment planning, or financial analysis; preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and budgets



  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data and metrics
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing investment strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and proficiency with financial tools (e.g., Orbit, Oracle), and knowledge of data science and statistical modeling techniques preferred
  • Understanding of business financial and accounting concepts (accruals, GAAP principles, etc.)



Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
