Position Title: Senior Manager, Marketing Client Relations

Reporting to:  Senior Director, Marketing and Engagement

Location: Chapel Hill, NC; Newton, MA; New York, NY

Compensation: $105,000-$125,000, depending on qualifications, plus bonus potential and benefits

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Marketing Client Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in account management and marketing and a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices. 

As a Senior Manager, Marketing Client Relations you will be responsible for managing client relationships for the Well Marketing team, developing marketing plans, tracking and reporting on marketing results, working with other members of the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, and staying up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Marketing point of contact, contribute to client relationships by providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Serve as a consultative partner for each client, understanding their needs and goals, and contributing marketing solutions to help clients achieve employee activation and engagement goals. 
  • Analyze, track and report on marketing results to clients and the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop marketing plans that align with the client's business objectives and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management and marketing with an agency or similar.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience managing campaigns and promotions, from concept through execution
  • Data fluency, analytic proficiency, and a passion for driving and measuring results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
