ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead coordination of national and local external speaker engagements (peer-to-peer) with coordination across multiple internal functions (e.g., commercial field, access, marketing, medical, integrity & compliance, legal)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, industry standards, and legal and regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain organizational processes and guidelines (in partnership with legal/compliance) to ensure a consistent and compliant approach
- Assess peer-to-peer program and events management delivery against objectives, identify root cause of problems, communicate and problem solve across teams
- Develop content and take through medical, legal, regulatory review process
- Work with marketing and US leadership team to coordinate brand planning and management, ensuring alignment against US strategy, inform setting the KPIs and monitor delivery
- Assess and recommend innovative capabilities and growth opportunities in the Peer-to-Peer space; support development of business case for investment and implementation of new ideas
- Orchestrate further research, analysis, or workshops to generate insights and build business case
- Coordinate key business review meetings and follow ups from them to ensure clear objectives and outcomes are effectively met
- Budget management (ensure alignment to target budget and track spend to inform execution)
- Work cross functionally with marketing and sales teams to understand and identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance marketing operations
- Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of commercial operations, collaborating with HR, IT and sales operations to make changes in systems and/or processes.
- Maintain documentation on processes, and workflows for reference and training purposes.
- Project management and support for marketing team projects.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/ life sciences (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Strong execution and project management focus, sense of ownership, ability to problem-solve, be resourceful and be decisive to progress workstreams, strong time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, mediation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to connect with team members and colleagues from different functions
- Ability to interpret market data, monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external agencies
- Ability to travel 40% of the time
