Job Description

As Senior Manager Logistics EMEA, you are responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain activities across the EMEA region.

You ensure reliable product availability, efficient distribution flows and healthy inventory levels while balancing customer demand, operational capabilities and business objectives.

This is a highly visible leadership role in which you manage logistics operations, oversee warehouse activities and work closely with country organizations, external logistics partners and internal stakeholders.

Success in this role requires a strong combination of operational excellence, strategic thinking and people leadership. You are comfortable making decisions, addressing challenges head-on and building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

As Logistics & Supply Chain Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for the efficient, reliable and compliant flow of goods across the EMEA region. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, you will optimize supply chain performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure products are delivered on time and in full.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coordinating logistics operations across EMEA, including transportation, warehousing and distribution.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, product availability and supply chain performance to ensure high service levels.
  • Identifying risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Providing leadership to warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management and goods movements in SAP, while maintaining compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Building strong relationships with country organizations, internal stakeholders and logistics service providers to support business objectives.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can combine operational excellence with strong stakeholder management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as APICS, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent are considered a plus.
  • Extensive experience in international logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation and inventory management processes.
  • Proven experience leading warehouse and logistics teams in a hands-on operational environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing employee-related challenges, developing teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, challenge and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience working in an international environment, preferably within EMEA.
