The Litigation program management is responsible for the strategic planning and program management of Technology Standards litigation projects. You will work in close cooperation with key internal and external stakeholders, including Global Litigation, Technology Standards, Finance, Licensing, and Economic Analysis teams and the outside counsel network. This role focuses on coordinating and optimizing technology-related litigation activities from a strategic and operational perspective. It involves aligning legal actions with business priorities, supporting decision-making across complex disputes, and ensuring efficient collaboration between internal teams and external partners. The position combines legal expertise with structured project oversight to drive consistent and effective execution of litigation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Working on investment planning in the area of litigation investment management and securing the optimal use of internal and external resources.
- Supporting existing litigation projects and ensuring that internal facts and legal/economic/FRAND argumentation are prepared ahead of litigation.
- Taking a strategic view on litigation campaigns.
- Developing capabilities in new litigation countries.
- Contributing to the execution of the Technology Standards strategy and working in close cooperation with the Technology Standards licensing and Global Litigation teams.
- Implementing processes in the area of litigation management, Project management capabilities
- 5+ years of professional hands-on experience in the area of litigation and dispute resolution, intellectual property management, licensing operations, and/or cross-border transactions.
- Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution management, preferably also in a corporate setting.
- Excellent legal knowledge in the area of intellectual property-related litigation and SEP licensing.
- Ability to resolve complex legal questions and secure effective strategy execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT skills, such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Master’s degree in law.
- Admitted to practice law, ideally in the EU, UK, or US.
