ROLE DETAILS

The Senior Manager Learning & Development at Lilly Capability Center India (LCCI) - Hyderabad will lead the planning, development, and delivery of impactful training programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitation, training delivery, content curation, and program management. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that employees at all levels have access to high-quality learning opportunities that align with both individual growth and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Facilitation:
    • Facilitate engaging, high-quality training sessions both in-person and virtually for employees and leaders at various levels of the organization
    • Lead workshops, learning sessions, and group activities that promote skills development, knowledge sharing, and behavioural change
    • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and practical application of learning
  • Content Curation & Development:
    • Ensure that training content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business needs and learning objectives
    • Align with One India learning teams to ensure content is up to date
  • Program Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end delivery of Leadership Development programs, from planning and logistics to implementation and evaluation
    • Coordinate scheduling, resources, and participant engagement for training initiatives
    • Monitor program success and adjust as needed, ensuring that learning goals are met
  • Collaboration & Team Support:
    • Work closely with other L&D team members to support the delivery of integrated learning solutions
    • Support team members in content creation, program delivery, and troubleshooting of training needs as they arise
    • Share knowledge and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in L&D initiatives across One India hub

Skills and Expertise:

  • Expertise in facilitation, including experience in leading both employee and leadership development sessions, workshops, and training programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives
  • Proficiency in facilitating and delivering engaging, learner-centric sessions
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a facilitation-focused role
  • Extensive exposure in delivering engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually
  • Excellent program management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
  • A graduate degree and/or a Post graduate degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development
  • Good to have relevant certifications in Learning/Training
