As a Manager IT & Security you will be the operational backbone of Multiplier's IT and security function. Owning the day-to-day execution of our security program, IT operations, and compliance posture across a distributed, remote-first workforce. You will be reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

• Strategize and manage deployment of enterprise & security tools like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, DLP, Zero Trust Solutions and other SaaS & security solutions.

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (access controls, antivirus, MDM,DLP, patch management).

• Execute and provision IAM (RBAC, ABAC) in compliance with global policies, ensuring proper access controls.

• Oversee deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure for enterprise/SaaS tools and enterprise endpoints.

• Maintain comprehensive IT & Security documentation (Runbooks, KPIs, troubleshooting guides).

• Manage software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions and developer tools, including 3+ years in leadership or strategic roles.

• Expertise in managing enterprise and security tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, IDAM, DLP, AV).

• Proven track record in overseeing large-scale IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and endpoint security.

• Hands-on with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of security, logging, RBAC, firewalls, and data protection.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
