Job Description:
As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for dentsu Americas, aligning with global objectives while addressing local market needs. These initiatives will span content creation, digital and email marketing, social media, partnership activations, and brand storytelling, while supporting event execution and corporate communications efforts to ensure a cohesive and consistent employee and client brand experiences. You will collaborate closely across the dentsu Americas Marketing & Communications team, business stakeholders, and agency brands to amplify key initiatives, drive engagement, and maintain alignment across channels and audiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing at the intersection of corporate communications, digital marketing, events, social media, partnership activities, and internal communications to support business and brand objectives.
- Support the planning, promotion, and execution of dentsu-owned events, client engagements, internal programs, and select industry events, helping to deliver seamless and impactful brand and client experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work closely with agency teams to identify award-worthy case studies, client success stories, and thought leadership opportunities, crafting compelling narratives and impactful storytelling.
- Produce engaging marketing and communications content across web, social, print, email, video, event, and internal channels that aligns with the brand's voice and business priorities.
- Support internal communications initiatives across dentsu Americas by translating business and marketing priorities, campaigns, thought leadership, and operational updates into clear, engaging employee communications.
- Oversee internal communication channels, including employee newsletters, all-hands meetings, and intranet updates.
- Support executive digital presence, collaborating with executive leaders to curate and maintain their professional profiles on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Create briefing materials prior to executive engagements and interviews, as well supporting logistical management and debriefs.
- Maintain dentsu’s external website and various pages.
- Drive positive brand sentiment, increase brand awareness, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to exceptional client and employee experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing and communications best practices, applying insights to continuously improve programs, campaigns, and engagement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing integrated marketing and communications programs across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, events, and internal communications.
- Proven success developing brand narratives, thought leadership programs, and content strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and activations, including content marketing, social media, digital marketing, events, and partnership initiatives, with measurable impact on brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Strong content creation and editorial mindset, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling copy, campaign messaging, creative briefs, presentations, and executive-ready communications.
- Experience supporting event marketing and communications efforts, including promotional planning, content development, stakeholder coordination, and post-event amplification.
- Platform experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce/Pardot, Stripo, Kentico, Swoogo, or similar marketing and event technology platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $82,800-$100,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
