Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics is a strategic member of the commercial organization, responsible for turning data into insights that drive sales execution, pricing effectiveness, and customer performance in the generics pharmaceutical market. This role will lead the development of analytics and dashboards leveraging finance, commercial and market data to optimize portfolio performance, support operational decision making, and improve commercial outcomes.This role will work with the Par Health Generics Commercial team, collaborating with IT, Finance, Supply Chain and more to develop and execute data strategies for effectively and efficiently generate insights to inform commercial strategy and decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to assess, design, and execute scalable data warehousing strategies
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards integrating finance, commercial, and market data to track sales, margins, and profitability
- Quantify product and customer trends across distribution channels to identify volume, pricing, and mix drivers
- Translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights and recommendations tailored to commercial stakeholders
- Continuously monitor commercial results against plan, evaluating performance variances and identifying risks
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistent metric definitions across commercial reporting
- Continuously improve commercial reporting processes, tools, and cadence to increase speed and impact
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or commercial operations analytics
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare industries strongly preferred
- Strong capability to influence commercial operations by translating data into insights that deliver measurable business impact.
- Strong experience developing dashboards and operational reporting using finance and commercial data
- Demonstrated success developing actionable insights using sales, pricing, customer, and profitability data
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Knowledge
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
- Understanding of generics commercial models with experience with gross to net components such as chargebacks, rebates, and discounts
- Experience with industry data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony)
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Excel, VBA, PowerPoint)
- Strong SQL and data modeling experience preferred
