• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership in inside sales and a consistent track record of exceeding quotas. You refuse to lose! 
• Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing sales teams. 
• Strong proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (MS Office, email, etc.) and CRMs with Microsoft Dynamics proficiency a plus. 
• Experience in the automotive industry and/or digital media solutions in a B2B environment is a strong plus.
