Position Summary
Naturium is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing to lead and scale our global influencer marketing efforts across the U.S., U.K., and E.U. markets. This role will own the strategy and execution of influencer initiatives—spanning paid partnerships, gifting, whitelisting, affiliate programs, and events—for both core product lines and new launches.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in influencer and content marketing within the beauty or skincare industry, with a proven track record of driving measurable brand and business impact. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution, while building and mentoring a high-performing team. The Senior Manager will also serve as a key cross-functional partner, ensuring influencer programs align seamlessly with Naturium’s broader marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a global influencer marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Oversee influencer partnerships across multiple tiers and platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Build scalable systems, tools, and processes to streamline influencer campaign management and measurement.
- Direct influencer relationship management, including organic seeding, paid activations, affiliate partnerships, and event integrations.
- Own influencer contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, and budget guidelines.
- Lead and expand Naturium’s influencer affiliate program to accelerate DTC business growth.
- Measure and report on campaign performance using tools such as Tribe Dynamics; translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for influencer partners, talent managers, and agency collaborators.
- Partner with Social, Brand, DTC, PR, and Sales teams to ensure influencer efforts integrate with overall brand marketing.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of junior managers, coordinators, contractors, and interns.
- Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to proactively evolve Naturium’s influencer approach.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or personal care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field—or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and analysis.
- Deep expertise in the influencer ecosystem, particularly TikTok and YouTube.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; extensive experience managing influencer contracts.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
