Position Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase earned media value (EMV). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies for mega, macro, and mid tier influencers. Management of micro and nano influencer execution through other team members.

Align influencer marketing efforts with overall brand objectives and marketing campaigns.

Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the influencer marketing space to stay ahead of the competition.
Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of US influencer marketing campaigns.

Ensure end-to-end management of paid influencer campaigns and viral activations.

Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.

Manage budgets to achieve monthly KPIs and targets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Data-Driven Decisions:

Utilize data and analytics to identify and source top global influencer partnerships.

Track and report on all campaigns to ensure clear ROI and strategic adjustments.

Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Relationship Building:

Cultivate ongoing relationships with new and established mega, macro, and mid Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand advocacy.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborative Strategy:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective campaigns.
Organic Gifting Strategy:

Oversee the organic gifting strategy, from talent discovery to the look and feel of the mailers.

Develop creative gifting ideas that resonate with influencers and their audiences.

Track and measure the impact of gifting initiatives on brand awareness and engagement.
Preferred Qualification and Experience

7+ years of experience in influencer marketing and community management, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

Strong understanding of influencer networks, social media platforms, and industry trends.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
