As the Senior Manager, HRBPs and Employee Relations, you will lead a team of HRBPs supporting key non-delivery client groups, including R&D, G&A, and GTM. You will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals, while managing team member relations and fostering a positive, high-performing work culture.
This role requires a hands-on, adaptable approach in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, navigating challenges without established playbooks and managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HRBP Team: Mentor, develop, and grow a team of HRBPs supporting G&A, R&D, and GTM, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
- Team Member Relations: Oversee and scale the team member relations function, ensuring it aligns with best practices and the long-term vision of the organization.
- Strategic HR and Leadership Coaching: Advise leaders on organizational transformation, design, change management, and talent development, including succession planning and performance management. Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness and engagement, leveraging HR metrics to drive improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business and HR plans.
- Scaling People Programs: Ensure HR processes and programs scale effectively to support the company's rapid growth and evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- HR Leadership: Proven experience in leading HR teams supporting non-delivery functions (G&A, R&D, GTM), with expertise in talent management and employee relations.
- Employee Relations Expertise: Strong track record in managing employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive team member experience.
- Business Acumen and Analytics: Deep understanding of business priorities in non-delivery client groups, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Influence and Relationship Building: Proven ability to influence senior leadership and build strong, collaborative relationships across functions.
- Experience: Typically 8+ years in HR, including managing HRBP teams and employee relations.
- Global/Regional Experience: >80% of our team members are outside the United States. Therefore experience supporting multinational workforces is critical.
