ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Following SES's acquisition of Intelsat in July 2025, this role will help bring together two HR organizations into a single, high-performing function. The HR Integration Senior Manager will coordinate cross-functional HR integration plans and dependencies, align policies, processes, and systems, and ensure consistency with wider synergy and social dialogue programs.
Beyond the initial integration, the role will play a key part in driving the ongoing HR transformation - evolving the operating model, strengthening collaboration, and building the agility needed to support future business growth. Success requires a strategic thinker with strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and change delivery skills, capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term sustainability.
