The Sr. Manager of GPO Analytics will support McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSaS) Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Practice Advisory Services analytics.
A strong mentor, leader and strategic partner, the Sr. Manager will manage a team of analysts to provide insights and analysis to meet the demand of GPO customers and drive the growth of the organization, including but not limited to topics such as:
- GPO contract performance and trends
- Pharma manufacturer segmentation and contracting strategy
- GPO value-add and key performance indicator metric evaluation
- Physician reimbursement and clinical trends
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a team of analysts
- Perform and support data-driven analyses that define, measure, and investigate current operational trends, financial trends, and strategic insights related to McKesson’s GPO and Provider Solutions Organization
- Maintain, update, and distribute customer-facing and internal dashboards that track GPO and membership key performance indicators
- Support GPO operational functions (i.e. internal/external reporting, monitor key performance indicators, etc.)
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Education
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
Critical Skills
- Typically requires 9+ years of relevant analyst experience
- Demonstrated proficiency analyzing and manipulating large data sets
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable recommendations
- Experience leading a team of analysts preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite; proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI; working knowledge of back end data architecture
- Experience in structuring and organizing presentation content effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly

- Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent tasks
- Must have high attention to detail and be able to deliver high quality and accurate outputs

Salary:115,000.00 - 153,300.00 - 191,600.00 USD Annual (Target 145K with 20% MIP)
