Policy Development & Strategic Support- Support the development and implementation of government affairs and public policy strategies across the Americas region, focusing on the US and Canada.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate legislative, regulatory, political, and geopolitical developments impacting the company's businesses and customers.
- Assist in developing policy positions, advocacy plans, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations on priority issues.
- Support regional commercial advocacy efforts by coordinating government engagement related to key business opportunities.
- Identify emerging policy risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate response strategies.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and other external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings with government officials, trade associations, coalition partners, and external organizations.
- Coordinate stakeholder outreach and engagement initiatives aligned with company priorities.
- Assist in planning executive meetings with government officials and key external stakeholders.
- Develop position statements, briefing documents, and presentation materials.
- Partner with Corporate Communications and business leaders to ensure consistent policy messaging.
