The Senior Manager will focus on strategy planning, global initiative design, and cross-border collaboration. This is a strategy-forward role requiring structured thinking, strong analytical depth, and the ability to translate executive priorities into multi-quarter roadmaps while ensuring operational follow-through.

We are particularly interested in MBA candidates or professionals from top-tier consulting backgrounds who are seeking to operate at the intersection of corporate strategy and global execution within a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Planning: Support development of TAL’s global strategy roadmap, including multi-year planning and investment prioritization frameworks.
• Global Expansion Initiatives: Design and coordinate high-priority international growth initiatives, including market entry assessments and partnership strategies.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Establish structured operating rhythms across U.S. and China teams to ensure strategic priorities translate into execution milestones.
• Operational Execution: Track key strategic initiatives, define milestones, and ensure cross-functional delivery against agreed timelines.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis of global EdTech trends, competitive dynamics, and ecosystem opportunities to inform long-term portfolio strategy.

Qualifications
• MBA candidate or graduate from a top-tier program strongly preferred.
• Background in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or high-growth operating environments.
• Strong analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize ambiguity into clear executive-level recommendations.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in cross-border or multicultural environments.
• Ability to work across U.S. and China time zones.
• Mandarin bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Passion for education or prior experience in the education sector is a plus.

Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit
