McKesson is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The Senior Manager, FP&A is responsible for Insights & Technology’s (I&T) consolidated budget, forecast and monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. Reporting directly to the I&T CFO, this position is responsible for all consolidated I&T management reporting and is the key financial liaison to Oncology & Multispecialty FP&A team. The position also supports strategic initiatives and special projects and develops metrics and analyses that provide visibility to key financial and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation and segment financial reporting, including quarterly and monthly packages for executive management and business leadership. 
- Prepare analyses and presentations for leadership reviews, supporting business storylines. 
- Develop detailed business case financials to inform strategic decision-making. 
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast revenue and expenses for new technology and data investments. 
- Drive strategic finance activities, such as long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts, in coordination with financial and business partners. 
- Design, analyze, and consolidate key business performance metrics and financial data, including special projects, recurring, and ad hoc reporting. 
- Monitor and review saving initiatives and performance against plans monthly. 
- Support SAP S4.0 implementation and new revenue module initiatives. 
Minimum Requirement
Degree and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, economics, or related disciplines.
- CGMA, CMA, CPA, MBA or similar advanced degree, or equivalent experience is preferred.
Critical Skills
- Financial reporting & consolidating experience. 
- Experience with financial modeling and problem-solving skills. 
- Experience collaborating with executives and business leaders. 
- Expertise with MS Excel and PowerPoint. 
Working Conditions
- Ability to travel 5%. 
- Remote work environment. 
- Ideally in Irving, TX or near hub office location. 
Salary: 122,100.00 - 162,800.00 - 203,500.00 USD Annual 20% MIP
