Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Assurance & Controls
- Ensure end‑to‑end revenue integrity across all business units—order‑to‑cash, billing, invoicing, and collections.
- Design, implement, and monitor strong internal controls to prevent revenue leakage.
- Lead periodic revenue reconciliation, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Review and validate pricing, contracts, discounts, promotions, and revenue adjustments.
- Drive compliance with IFRS and organizational policies for revenue recognition.
2. Process Excellence & Transformation
- Lead large-scale process transformation initiatives within the Shared Services Center to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Implement digital tools such as RPA, workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and AI/ML-based anomaly detection.
- Redesign workflows for standardization across geographies and businesses.
- Create KPIs and dashboards to measure performance, leakage, recovery, and process stability.
3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team responsible for billing, audits, assurance checks, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Finance, Operations, IT, Commercial, Data Analytics.
- Influence senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations backed by strong analytics.
- Partner with internal audit and external auditors on revenue-related reviews.
4. Continuous Improvement & Value Creation
- Identify systemic gaps in revenue processes and execute corrective actions.
- Develop a roadmap for shared services scalability and maturity.
- Introduce best practices from global Shared Services/GBS frameworks.
- Establish governance models for periodic business reviews and improvement cycles.
5. Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver accurate and timely revenue assurance MIS, dashboards, KPIs, and performance scorecards.
- Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and highlight risks/opportunities.
- Prepare executive-level presentations for senior leadership and CFO reviews.
- Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, Revenue Assurance, or Order-to-Cash, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record leading transformational or digitalization projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate, RPA).
- Solid grasp of internal controls, contract management, and financial governance.
