We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Exhibits and Sponsorships that will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact exhibit and sponsorship experiences across DIA’s Americas events portfolio, including Specialty Meetings and the Global Annual Meeting. In this role, you will define and optimize offerings, identify new cross-product opportunities, and ensure a differentiated, high-value experience for exhibitors, sponsors, and key accounts that drives revenue growth and long-term partner engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and external vendors to bring innovative programs to market and elevate DIA’s exhibit and sponsorship presence.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

  • Develop and refine an exhibit and sponsorship strategy for DIA Americas events, aligned with portfolio goals and market needs.
  • Design new exhibit and sponsorship offerings that can be leveraged across multiple meetings and product lines, in partnership with Business Development and leadership.
  • Lead ongoing review of performance, pricing, and packaging, using data to optimize revenue, value delivery, and partner satisfaction.
  • Manage end to end exhibit operations for Specialty Meetings (Personify setup, order processing, floor plans, exhibitor communications, and onsite execution).
  • Create and maintain exhibitor facing materials, including prospectuses, directories, and onsite signage.
  • Serve as primary liaison for exhibitor inquiries, providing prompt, professional customer service.
  • Support budget development and financial tracking for exhibit and sponsorship programs.
  • Oversee exhibit operations for the Global Annual Meeting in collaboration with the exhibit sales vendor, including hall floor plan, sponsorship development, lead sharing, and financial tracking.
  • Partner with the General Service Contractor and venues to develop exhibitor service manuals and support exhibitor hosted events in alignment with DIA policies.
  • Maintain exhibitor content and materials on event microsites, DIA Global App, and other digital platforms.
  • Partner with Business Development, Marketing, and the exhibit sales vendor to identify new exhibit and sponsorship opportunities and support pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Track and analyze exhibitor and sponsor metrics (participation, engagement, satisfaction, retention) and translate insights into recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead post event closeout, including reconciliation, reporting, surveys, attendee list distribution, and debriefs.

What You Bring (Core Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in exhibit management.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent deadlines.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and customer focused, with excellent communication and follow through.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and key accounts.
  • Intermediate–advanced proficiency with Adobe Suite, InDesign, and Microsoft Office; Sitecore and Personify experience preferred.
  • Experience designing or evolving exhibit and sponsorship programs and pricing strategies preferred; CEM certification a plus.
