As a Sr. Manager, EDT Enterprise Governance, you will lead the U.S. execution of the Enterprise Data Governance operating model, translating enterprise data policy, decision rights, ownership and stewardship, data quality governance, and governance rhythms into consistent practices across U.S. businesses and functions. Accountable for driving adoption, compliance, and execution of enterprise standards, strengthening the U.S. Data Steward and Business Data Partner network, and escalating risks, exceptions, and decisions through the appropriate enterprise governance forums.
Candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones are preferred to accommodate business needs.

- Facilitate bi-weekly Domain Working Groups to co-design CDEs, definitions, quality rules, and golden-record rules for Owner approval
- Translate enterprise policy and the four-tier classification standard into domain-level application; prepare decisions and exception requests for the Data Governance Board
- Drive adoption through training, communications, community of practice, and quarterly value-based business reviews rather than status reviews
