We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising to join our eCommerce team at SharkNinja. As a key leader in driving the commercial success of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform, the Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising will own the strategic direction, execution, and performance of our eCommerce business for your respective categories. The Senior Manager, Digital Merchandising will collaborate with cross-functional teams in digital experience, marketing, product development, sales analytics and supply chain to maximize revenue and margin, forecast attainment, optimize product availability, drive assortment strategy and ensure SharkNinja delivers best-in-class experiences across all digital touchpoints.

This role requires a leader with strong analytical and commercial skills, able to navigate complex, fast-moving environments. As a Director, you will lead initiatives to drive profitable growth through sales, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns, while continuously optimizing the customer journey.

Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead commercial strategies for SharkNinja’s eCommerce business, driving top-line growth and profitability across digital channels.
    • Revenue Management: Own the P&L and forecast for eCommerce, ensuring that revenue, margin, and profitability targets are met or exceeded through effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Sales Analytics to ensure alignment on pricing, product launches, inventory, and marketing efforts, creating a seamless eCommerce experience.
    • Pricing and Promotions: Lead pricing strategy across digital platforms, leveraging data insights to optimize margins while maintaining competitive pricing. Design and execute promotional campaigns to maximize sales during key periods.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze category and product-level performance using sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to continuously refine commercial strategies. Use insights to adjust promotional activities, pricing models, and inventory planning.
    • Customer Experience Focus: Drive enhancements in the digital customer experience, ensuring that all products are presented accurately and attractively, and that the purchasing process is seamless and user-friendly.
    • Leadership & Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Requirements:
    • Experience: 6+ years of experience in eCommerce or commercial management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability. Consumer products experience is preferred.
    • Leadership: Strong leadership experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor commercial managers to achieve high performance.
    • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling, interpreting sales data, pricing strategy, and market analysis.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and financial reporting systems.
    • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and execute operationally, with a clear understanding of how to drive digital sales growth.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong vendor relationships.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
