DevOps Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
Cloud Infrastructure Management – Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
Automation at Scale – Drive end-to-end automation for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
Reliability Engineering – Champion observability, incident response, and performance tuning across all production environments.
Continuous Improvement – Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure smooth releases and high availability.
Proven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
Strong background in networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.
Passionate about automation, reliability, and enabling developer productivity.
Based in Chennai with the ability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions.

Skills Required
- 10-14 years in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering with experience leading high-performance engineering teams
- Proven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment
- Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD
- Infrastructure as Code experience: Terraform, CloudFormation
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible
