We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager who can build meaningful results for Atlassian as a Program Management leader within our Customer Support Services (CSS) organization. You will report to the Head of OKR Program Delivery, and manage a team of Senior Program Managers focused on program success.
This is a high-profile, portfolio of programs that requires strategic experience, willingness to experiment and pivot quickly, and ability to accomplish big outcomes across company-wide stakeholders and global partner groups.
What you'll do
Our portfolio includes programs to achieve our Objectives & Key Results for Atlassian such as server to cloud migrations, risk & compliance, scaling our operational tooling, advancements in knowledge management, and delivering product insights.
Your peer group will be senior managers leading other domains in the CSS portfolio. Your team will include senior program managers focused on program success. You'll partner with our CSS mission teams for strategy, planning, and measuring outcomes, and partner within CSS and across Atlassian to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $191,900 - $255,900
Zone B: $172,800 - $230,300
Zone C: $159,300 - $212,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Defining portfolio strategy and delivering aligned portfolio roadmaps.
- Ensuring that the programs deliver the outcome needed by the business.
- Mitigate risk and manage dependencies across a portfolio of programs.
- Scale your team to meet future needs of CSS and Atlassian.
- 7+ years delivering successful transformations affecting complex, customer-facing systems, and people.
- Experience leading a distributed team (currently US-based, but anticipated to expand globally).
- Demonstrable ability to drive a cross-functional team to execute against a strategy.
- Exceptional behavioral assessment capability and a record of hiring "A" players.
- Leading teams of Individual Contributors.
