Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead a team focused on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across our organization. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will develop talent, execute Lean strategies, and deliver measurable business results that create value for our customers, shareholders, and associates.

This role will play a key part in the process to analyze and improve our ability to offer best in class service to our customers while maximizing cash flow and minimizing costs. This individual will also consolidate and integrate information to develop and propose operations strategy while tracking and overseeing projects and action plans, providing work direction to multiple people across multiple groups or functions outside of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of ZEBS professionals to deliver continuous improvement results

  • Ensure successful definition and execution of cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned to the annual strategic business priorities

  • Partner with site and functional leadership to define and support operational improvement plans

  • Utilize financial resources and ensure best solutions are defined and executed effectively

  • Implement and sustain Lean methods and processes (Strategy Deployment, Standard Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Visual Daily Management, Problem Solving, Kaizen and Pull Systems)

  • Analyze performance metrics (cost, cash flow, efficiency) and translate insights into action plans

  • Support evaluation of multi-site operations, including benchmarking, productivity, capacity utilization, sourcing, and profitability

  • Drive organizational participation in lean initiatives including #CI to achieve ZEBS metrics

  • Oversee project plans to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely execution

  • Identify risks, remove barriers, and ensure resource alignment across initiatives

  • Track and report on KPIs, AIPs, and strategy deployment progress

  • Lead Kaizen events, Lean boot camps, training and capability-building efforts

  • Identify and promote sharing of best practice sharing across Zurn Elkay locations

  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Education and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

  • 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering operational improvements

  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
