  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the Member's community presence and impact.

Information and Systems Management

  • Ensure constituent and stakeholder information is accurately maintained.
  • Oversee the use of databases and client relationship management systems.
  • Develop processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.

The Kind of Person We're Looking For

  • Exceptionally organized, dependable, and detail oriented.
  • Skilled at creating order, managing competing priorities, and ensuring follow-through.
  • An effective people leader who combines accountability with empathy.
  • Calm, resourceful, and able to exercise sound judgement under pressure.
  • An excellent communicator (in English) who builds trust and relationships easily.
  • Motivated by public service and helping others.

Most importantly, you take ownership, follow through on commitments, and help create an environment where both staff and constituents feel supported and well served.
