Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of public sector accounts, serving as a key point of contact and building trusted relationships with client stakeholders

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth, account expansion, and improved profitability within assigned accounts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, including mid-to-senior stakeholders, to identify new opportunities

  • Drive pipeline development through upsell and cross-sell of IT services across applications, cloud, analytics, cybersecurity, and managed services

  • Work closely with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to shape proposals and support deal closure

  • Support the pursuit and execution of medium to large deals, contributing to deal strategy, solution positioning, and commercial discussions

  • Manage account financials, including revenue tracking, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy

  • Monitor delivery performance in collaboration with delivery teams to ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments

  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through consistent engagement, issue resolution, and successful delivery outcomes

  • Prepare and present regular account updates, forecasts, and growth plans to internal stakeholders

  • Stay informed on public sector developments, procurement processes, and technology trends to support account strategies

  • Support team collaboration and contribute to mentoring junior team members where needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of relevant sales experience in IT services, consulting, or system integration, with exposure to public sector accounts

  • Proven experience managing and growing client accounts, with a track record of meeting sales or revenue targets

  • Experience in selling or supporting end-to-end IT services, including applications, cloud, managed services, or infrastructure

  • Strong account management and pipeline development experience, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities

  • Good understanding of financial management, including forecasting and revenue tracking

  • Ability to engage and influence mid-to-senior level stakeholders within client organizations

  • Familiarity with the Singapore public sector landscape is preferred

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaborative working skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with established IT services or system integrator organizations

  • Relevant sales or account management certifications are an advantage
