What you could work with:
Enterprise Performance Management – Develop integrated, cloud-enabled, planning and enterprise performance analysis capabilities that will enhance strategic insights and accelerate business decisions.
Enterprise Value – Focusing very much on value targeting and architecting - large scale combined bus & tech transformation value identification, tracking and realization. Identification and realization of value for the enterprise and help in driving measurable outcomes through digital investments at the right pace and scale.
Finance Operations – Ensure business continuity and de-risk the organization in a downturn economy through an agile operating model in which high-performance Finance & Accounting can be delivered anytime, anywhere. Process and data management concepts, zero-based thinking, etc.
Enterprise Analytics – Help CFOs to become more data-driven to provide insights enabling true business partnering in Finance required for sustainable growth and decision-making
Automation and AI – Help organizations become leading edge companies utilizing generative AI, process- and task mining.

Integrated operating model and shared service center design and establishment
Finance transformation and organization restructuring
Budgeting, planning, and forecasting development
Performance management design and development
Automation projects including RPA / AI
Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency
Pricing strategies
Finance process development and optimization

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
A master's degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Management with excellent academic performance
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in consulting and strategy/corporate business development roles, investment banking, auditing, controlling, risk management are considered beneficial and a good basis for the role
Experience from Enterprise Performance Management, Value Realization Office, Zero-Based, Integrations & Migrations, Finance Transformation, Business Turnaround, Mergers & Divestitures
Exposure to Oil and Gas industry would be an asset, but not required
Experience from diverse projects and teams
You are fluent in Norwegian and have strong experience in written and oral presentations in English, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation
The position will report to CFO & EV Country Lead and workplace is Oslo, Norway. Some travel should be expected.
