Job title: Senior Manager, Catalyst


What You’ll Do:

You’ll serve as a key client contact to help lead, develop and execute communications, influencer and social media programs across a variety of platforms, manage various client relationships, work with a talented cross-functional team and help to ensure the success of client programs.

You will:

  • Hold and set a high bar for smart and sound ideas, flawless execution of client programs and internal project management that span the globe.
  • Serve as an integral member of the account team addressing the varied and changing needs of clients, proactively providing ideas and solutions.
  • Collaborate with G4 team members (creative, planning and digital experts) to develop and execute integrated campaigns that can work cross-channel.
  • Develop strong client relationships based on the ability to think ahead, react and act in a fast-paced environment.
  • Help manage the budget, manage timely billing and reporting, and work with Agency finance team.
  • Stay on top of industry best practices, client and competitor brand activity, and ensure Golin delivers game-changing ideas and solutions.

What You'll Have:

  • Proven ability to build trusting, strategic relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering client-ready work that meets deadlines.
  • Experience coaching and developing team members with formal and informal learning opportunities.
  • Experience managing a variety of consumer campaigns, including earned, influencer and/or social media.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities to translate client vision into actionable plans.
  • Financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and scope development.
  • Self-awareness and emotional intelligence to navigate complex team dynamics.
  • Genuine curiosity and commitment to understanding client businesses and agency operations.
  • Accountability mindset with the ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Experience with corporate communications including executive visibility and reputation

 Salary Range: $70,000 USD - $130,000 USD


Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
