Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the delivery of the Corporate Finance Transformation program that will modernize how Corporate Finance operates and supports the business. This role will focus on execution—working closely with our implementation partner and internal teams to coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, and keep delivery on schedule. The Senior Program Manager will own the integrated delivery plan, drive day‑to‑day program management, and proactively manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a high‑visibility transformation with lasting impact on Finance capabilities, data, and business partnership.
Core ResponsibilitiesLeads major initiatives or workstreams within Finance’s Oracle Transformation program, ensuring scope aligns with Finance priorities and that business value is clearly defined, measured, and used to inform prioritization and sequencing.
Maintains a strong understanding of financial‑services industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and enterprise finance trends to act as a trusted advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle. Ensures Oracle EPM solutions and delivery decisions align with Finance strategy, risk posture, and broader enterprise objectives.
Partners with Finance, FinTech, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements, priorities, and outcomes. Monitors progress against plans, provides regular status reporting, and ensures effective execution of change‑management and communication plans to support adoption of Oracle‑based EPM capabilities.
Builds and sustains strong relationships across program stakeholders, proactively fostering alignment and collaboration across Finance, technology, data, and external partners. Drives timely decision‑making to ensure delivery remains aligned with transformation goals.
Ensures delivery meets enterprise standards for risk management, controls, compliance, audit, and legal requirements. Maintains sufficient functional and technical understanding of Oracle EPM and finance processes to effectively support implementation, issue resolution, and governance.
Supports additional Finance transformation initiatives and special projects as needed, contributing to continuous improvement across Finance delivery and execution practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or PMO functions within large organizations, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Proficient in program lifecycle management, risk control frameworks, and change management strategies.
- Ability to handle complex interdependencies and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
