Are you a seasoned Senior Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our growing Canberra-based team. This is a rare opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio, shape a high-performing team, and step onto a clear pathway to partnership.
What We’re Looking For
- A Senior Manager with 8+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Based in Canberra, with strong local networks and industry contacts.
- Open to candidates from smaller firms who bring leadership and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of a large and varied client portfolio.
- Act as the primary client contact, working closely with the responsible partner.
- Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 staff), fostering growth and capability.
- Deliver clear, concise communication on complex matters to clients.
- Apply strong technical skills across a diverse client base, with a focus on property and construction.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth and development through leadership and innovation.
- (Bonus) Bring a business development mindset – though not essential.
