The Opportunity:
NCC Group are looking for an experienced Workday Product Manager to join our team. The Workday Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Workday platform.
The Workday Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the Workday platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Workday functionalities and the ability to drive product development to meet business needs. The Workday Product Manager will also manage a team of Business Analysts, HCM Specialists, and Financial Specialists.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in an Agile environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday projects and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product features.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Provide expertise and guidance on Workday best practices and configurations.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, making data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the Workday platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements.
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, HCM Specialists, and Financial Specialists.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Financials.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing and developing a team.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Desirable Requirements:
- Workday certification.
- Additional certifications or training in project management or related fields.
- Experience with other HRIS platforms.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in HR and finance systems.
