We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive our strategic alliances and partnerships across the [Insert Region]. Key Responsibilities
- Execution of the strategic roadmap for alliances and partnerships aligned with business goals.
- Identify potential partners across industries and evaluate opportunities for collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value creation.
- Manage ongoing relationships with partners, ensuring performance tracking, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, etc.) to ensure successful partnership implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within financial services.
- Deep understanding of financial ecosystems, regulatory environments, and emerging technologies (e.g., open banking, core banking, digital payments).
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing regional teams and working in a matrixed global organization.
