We’re looking for s Senior Manager to help shape how AI Quality Assurance uses advanced analytics and AI to solve complex customer problems. The role requires the ability to lead teams, own delivery end‑to‑end, and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholders.

This role leads the development and delivery of strategic initiatives within the AI Quality Assurance team. It combines strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with a deep understanding of AI and automation, alongside senior‑level leadership.

Your impact and key responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Delivery

  • Define and lead strategic initiatives aligned to AI QA and broader business priorities.
  • Translate strategy into practical actions.

Analytical Problem Solving

  • Lead the resolution of complex and ambiguous problems using structured, data driven approaches.
  • Identify patterns, trends, risks, and root causes to inform strategic and operational decisions.

Automation & Reporting Enablement

  • Oversee the design and delivery of automated tooling that eliminates manual processes.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and reliable reporting on AI performance and team performance.

AI Testing & Assurance Leadership

  • Lead testing, validation, and assurance activities to support ongoing AI development and deployment.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the broader business.
  • Influence decisions through clear insights and recommendations.

  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving capability, with a strong data‑driven mindset
  • Strong understanding of AI, advanced analytics, Machine learning, automation, and data platforms, and apply them in the context of solving data problems to elevate quality assurance outcomes.
  • A track record of owning and delivering initiatives end‑to‑end with minimal supervision
  • Confidence engaging with senior and diverse stakeholders, with the ability to influence outcomes
  • A practical, delivery‑focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
  • A collaborative leadership style, with the autonomy to operate independently
