What you'll do...
The Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics - Middle Mile Optimization role will manage program KPIs to help achieve the Annual operating plan goals. The role involves defining metrics, socializing with stakeholders for alignment, setting up a measurement framework and managing with a great level of detail. As a metric owner, you will be required to develop the path to achieving the goal for the KPIs you own and present progress to Senior leadership at bi-weekly and monthly forums.
The role will closely work with Analytics, Data Science and Operations teams. The role reports to the Director – New Transportation Capabilities & Network Densification and is based in Bentonville, AR.

Representing peer group in one-off VP decision reviews when peer group is not able to reach resolution or leadership support is required to proceed.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
