Senior Mangement Assistant to Head of Legal and Head of Credit & Wealth
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Mangement Assistant to provide critical day-to-day support for the Head of Legal and the Head of Credit & Wealth. This dual-role position combines high-level management assistance with selected legal-administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations across leadership, governance, and business support activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize leadership meetings, prepare agendas, manage documentation, and track action items and KPIs.
- Prepare materials and ensure follow-up for meetings with colleagues, customers and partners.
- Support on projects such as AI and digital transformation projects, including milestone tracking and communications.
- Provide administrative support: travel, scheduling, expenses, and logistics for leadership events.
- Oversee corporate governance tasks, such as updating signatories, registering Board changes, and preparing Board materials.
- Assist colleagues with internal tools and systems for Legal and Credit functions.
- Administer external resources: purchase orders, cost reporting, assignment letters, and invoices.
- Handle contract/document management, including signing and archiving.
- Arrange internal events and social gatherings.
- Maintain information on relevant internal websites.
- Support onboarding and offboarding for Legal and Credit teams
Desired Experience and Profile:
- Higher education
- Experience as a Senior/Management Assistant in a large organization
- Experience from working with legal documents and/or corporate governance related tasks
- Fluent in English and Swedish/Norwegian
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Adaptable and comfortable with new technology and tools
- Open-minded, flexible, and a solution-oriented professional
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of stress tolerance
