Partner with the best
As a Senior Major Account Executive, you will be selling the entire Akamai Portfolio to the install base. You will be maximizing revenue generation within your assigned territory through named existing & new accounts. Thereby, enabling your customers to become more successful and profitable online.
As a Senior Major Account Executive - New & Existing Accounts, you will be responsible for:
- Articulating Akamai's value proposition to C-Level executives and corporate decision makers
- Developing a strategic sales plan to create/manage a high-volume sales pipeline through successful execution
- Working within integrated partnerships with sales engineers to ensure consultative engagement with prospects and customers
- Managing contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of Akamai technologies
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 8 years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
- Demonstrate successful sales experience in managed services and solutions sales
- Be passionate about building productive relationships with customers by delivering on the outcomes they are looking to achieve
- Display an ethical approach to sales, show integrity, personal drive and be able to uphold Akamai values in every situation
