We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead high-impact projects at the intersection of data engineering and data science. You will own the full lifecycle of turning complex, messy data into actionable insights and production-ready models—designing data pipelines, building scalable infrastructure, and developing algorithms that directly drive product and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Architect and build scalable ETL/data pipelines, feature stores, and real-time data systems.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML models.
Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define problems and deliver measurable impact.
Must Haves:
3+ YOE in machine learning, data science, or data engineering roles, with significant hands-on coding in a production environment
Expert in Python (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark) and SQL; proficient in big data frameworks (Spark, Flink, Kafka).
Strong track record of building production-grade ML systems and data platforms at scale.
Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experiment design.

To attract the best people, our goal is to provide competitive cash compensation and high upside in the long-term success of Noise. Equity options are subject to the same four-year schedule as the rest of the team.
