About the Role
We are seeking a talented large language model application engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong spirit of innovation, an outstanding technical background, and a passion for exploring large language models.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and optimizing intelligent agents based on large language models.
Collaborate with the team to iterate prompting to improve agent performance.
Analyze and solve technical problems during the development process and form a methodology for agent development.
Cooperate with large language model suppliers to optimize model performance.
Stay updated on the latest developments and technical trends in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
An understanding of large models, with enthusiasm and broad vision for exploration
Good programming skills and algorithmic foundations
Excellent teamwork ability and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large language model & agent-related application projects
Relevant experience in intelligent customer service / NLU / virtual humans
Has a certain product sense
