Requirements
- AI/ML 도메인 전반에 대한 이해와 적어도 한 개 이상의 특정 도메인에 대한 깊이 있는 지식을 갖추고, 관련 분야 박사 학위 혹은 5년 이상의 산업 프로젝트 경험, 혹은 그에 준하는 역량을 보유하고 계신 분
- 모호한 비즈니스 혹은 기술적인 문제가 주어졌을 때 이를 올바른 AI/ML 문제로 정의하고, 합리적인 기술적 의사결정을 바탕으로 문제를 해결하실 수 있는 분
- PyTorch, Tensorflow, JAX 등의 오픈소스 프레임워크 및 전반적인 파이썬 개발을 빠르게 수행하고, 협업 및 유지보수를 위해 높은 품질의 코드를 관리하실 수 있는 분
- 안정성있는 ML 학습 파이프라인 및 배포 프로세스를 설계하실 수 있는 분
- 끊임없이 새로운 기술을 탐구하고 공유하며 팀이 높은 수준의 AI/ML 기술적 경쟁력을 갖추고 유지하도록 도와주실 수 있는 분
- 두 명 이상의 ML Engineer가 참여하는 AI 프로젝트에서 기술적인 의사결정을 이끌어갈 수 있으신 분
- 여러 직군의 이해관계자와 협업할 수 있는 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖추신 분
- 한국어로 원활한 의사소통이 가능하고, 영어로 기본적인 의사소통이 가능하신 분
Preferred Qualifications
- AI/ML 관련 탑티어 학회 및 저널(NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, CVPR, ICCV/ECCV, KDD, …) 게재 실적 혹은 관련 대회 수상 실적이 있으신 분
- LLM 혹은 비슷한 규모의 모델을 대규모로 학습할 때 필요한 전체 과정을 이끌며 성과를 만들어낸 경험이 있으신 분
- 대규모 소프트웨어 개발 경험 및 아키텍쳐/시스템 디자인에 필요한 엔지니어링 역량을 갖추고 계신 분
- A/B 테스트 실험 기획 및 타겟 KPI 지표를 올바르게 정의하고, SQL기반 데이터 분석을 전문성 있게 수행하실 수 있으신 분
- 인과관계 분석 및 기타 통계 기법을 사용하여 데이터에서 의미 있는 통찰력을 발굴하고 의사결정에 올바르게 적용하실 수 있는 분
- 엔지니어링 팀을 리드해본 경험이 있으신 분
- PO/PM 혹은 그에 준하는 경험이 있으신 분
- 영어로 실시간 비즈니스 의사소통을 능숙하게 수행하실 수 있는 분
