We are a highly skilled team developing vision-based sports analytics tools for coaches. Our goal is to deliver meaningful metrics of athletic performance from video footage. To achieve this, we build real-time tracking pipelines, machine learning models, statistics aggregators, and integrate them into a scalable cloud architecture.

YOUR TASKS
As a (Senior) Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and implement advanced algorithms and deep learning models at the core of our processing pipeline. Your work will extract metrics and detect events from time-series data. You’ll take technical ownership of key components, from design and development to monitoring and configuration.
Together with the team, you’ll tackle challenges such as:
- Action recognition from video and skeleton-based time-series data
- Post-processing and aggregation of position and event data
- Real-time data processing
- Continuous integration and deployment
- Unit testing and code reviews
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience with Python
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning development
- Proficiency with Linux-based systems
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Bonus Points:
- Passion for Basketball
- Experience with AWS
- Background in Human Action Recognition
- Familiarity with Multiple Object Tracking
- Experience in real-time video processing
