Main Tasks:
1. Supervise transportation, receiving, warehousing,
and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
2. Manage logistics service providers and suppliers,
negotiate rates, and monitor service quality.
3. Track inventory and shipments and resolve delays,
shortages, damages, and other logistics issues.
4. Lead the logistics team, assign tasks, monitor
performance, and ensure compliance with procedures.
5. Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs and costs and
recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Ensure the right flow of
manpower at different loading areas according to needs.
7. Prepare daily reports
concerning loaded quantities, trucks entrance departure time.
Requirements
مطلوب للعمل لدى كبرى مصانع الاغذية والتصنيع الغذائي في العقبة
- التعليم: دبلوم أو
بكالوريوس (إدارة أعمال، لوجستيات) أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
- الخبرة: خبرة ميدانية
في مستودعات الأغذية لاتقل عن سنتين .
- المهارات التقنية: إجادة تامة
لبرنامج الإكسل (Excel)، ومعرفة سابقة أو
استعداد لتعلم أنظمة ERP.
- المهارات الشخصية: شخصية قيادية
حازمة، قدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل الميداني، دقة الملاحظة.
- ان يكون سكان مدينة العقبة .
Skills Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Business or Logistics, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of field experience in food warehouses
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn ERP
- Proven leadership, ability to handle field work pressure, and strong attention to detail
- Resident of Aqaba city
