We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team in Germany. As Senior Logistics Specialist within SHEIN’s Logistics Solution Team, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing core European logistics operations—including channel development, solution design, project management, and process improvement—while leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the core business modules of European logistics, including channel development, solution design, project management, truck transportation, and port operations, to gain an in-depth understanding of logistics processes and key business systems in Europe.
• Engage in negotiations and communications with logistics service providers, supporting resource integration and partnership advancement.
• Take responsibility for developing logistics channels in new markets, designing and optimizing logistic solutions, and facilitating channel implementation.
• Assist department leaders with daily management tasks, and participate in special projects, business analysis, and process optimization.
• Collect market and industry information, contribute to the development of business strategies and product solutions, and support the achievement of team objectives.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong sensitivity to data, with exceptional skills in data analysis and synthesis.
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other office software for chart creation and analytical model building.
• Skilled in SQL, Python, and Tableau, capable of data extraction, analysis, and efficient data visualization.
• Strong execution capability and attention to detail, with a strategic mindset, fast learning ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit.
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of Chinese as an advantage.
