Responsibilities:
- Daily management of the transport of goods and deliveries using existing procedures; Review and recommend improvements in procedures to ensure timely delivery of goods and deliveries.
- Improve the packaging process by developing an understanding of packaging requirements and ideas for prototypes.
- Manage the delivery of a wide range of warehouse and store tasks on a day-to-day basis, using existing procedures and the reviews to recommend improvements to procedures and ensure that all goods and supplies are appropriately stored and recorded.
- Manage and recommend improvements in the implementation of any part of the organization's inventory control program to identify and resolve any issues.
- Gathering and analyzing the main cost drivers, market dynamics and issues, areas of innovation and alternative providers for an area with medium risk and some alternatives/medium costs of change, in consultation with the relevant functions, to obtain solid market information for decision-making.
- Mentoring other people working within the existing company systems.
Requirements:
- University / Postgraduate (Master's Degree)
- Experience in supervising and managing employees and other resources in a limited time frame with the aim of achieving specific results.
- Uses extensive knowledge and skills to work independently while advising and training others on how to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to efficiently achieve business goals.
- Operates without supervision, providing technical guidance as needed to develop appropriate plans or take necessary actions based on recommendations and requirements.
- Operates without supervision, providing technical assistance when needed to analyze data trends for use in reports to aid in decision-making.
- Operates without supervision and provides technical assistance when needed to review and produce relevant, clear, and effective reports.
- Operates without supervision, providing technical guidance as needed to develop, monitor, interpret, and understand policies and procedures, while ensuring that they align with the organization's strategies and goals.
- Operates unsupervised, providing technical assistance on cost, budgeting, and financing tasks as needed.
