Specific Responsibilities and Skills of this Position

  • Product planning and develop the framework of product strategy thus to drive market share growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Deliver an excellent end-user experience by improving the quality level of the integrated online presence

Essential Duties and Job Functions

  • Set up marketing plan and strategy based on the analysis and research of market data Lead and drive the market planning process
  • Work with brand team to drive cross functional alignment for product strategy
  • Conduct market research to understand market, competitors, brand positioning and generate business insight
  • Engage and interact with national KOLs
  • Attend regular sales meeting when necessary
  • Keep cross-functional communication and collaboration with Sales, Medical and other departments
  • Liaise with global product strategy team to ensure the strategy alignment and practice exchange

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in medicine or healthcare related specialty is a plus
  • Consulting background is desired and experience in healthcare industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • High learning agility and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Project management experience is a plus

  • 协同销售团队,结合中央,在区域制定策略/项目/行动计划,搭建区域平台,并根据市场变化及时调整,达成并超越区域指标

  • 承担区域培训,并根据区域场景化更新话术和材料
  • 区域KOL开拓及维护,提升观念与产品粘度
  • 和中央保持紧密联系,作为执行者和反馈者,优化区域运营。
