What You’ll Do:

Deliver high-quality live sports and music events worldwide.

Collaborate with peers to address critical support issues, balancing immediate fixes with root-cause analysis.

Set and maintain high standards for operational excellence.

Engage in team-building activities, including hiring, mentoring, and community education.

Requirements

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems
- Development or technical support experience
- Knowledge of live streaming or live production, especially with video encoding, acquisition, adaptive bitrate playback, and streaming protocols
- Familiarity with live OTT video delivery
Preferred Skills:
- Project management, driving collaborative initiatives from start to completion
- Experience in live broadcast production, TOC (Technical Operations Centre), or MCR (Main Control Room)
- Scripting proficiency in modern programming languages
