Co sec – acting as deputy co sec to Company Secretary. Has a FT assistant company secretary reporting to the role and the candidate will report to me. We are private company (size of a FTSE100) with large amount of companies in UK and jersey (jersey counsel partnership).
Board/C-suite facing – close work with GC
Corporate/commercial - Ideally the candidate can also pickup commercial/corporate work – telecoms, financial services, pensions – no knowledge needed of sectors but ability to get up the curve/work with stakeholders and external counsel – so certain level of confidence, experience
Projects – candidate ideally can support in strategic projects in M&A, corporate finance and commercial spaces
Office – we are 3 days in the office and this role needs to be in office as it’s quite collaborative
with GC
6-8+PQ as need a certain level of experience, confidence, and maturity
