- Provide legal support and advice on ICT areas legal issues, assess and handle risks for the company’s governance, operation, and transaction;
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, etc.;
- Support negotiation and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders;
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities;
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
- Work location is Istanbul
Requirements
- Graduated from a well-known law school
- 3+ years of working experience as a Legal Counsel in ICT & Digital field;
- Good understanding of the ICT industry and digital business;
- Good prioritization and time-management skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- A deep understanding of the data protection area is a plus
