Senior Lead Technical Writer

About the team:

Team Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area.

What you will be doing:

• Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching and writing skills
• Thorough knowledge of information mapping concepts
• Skill in investigation and analysis, preparing written material and business communication and training
• Proficient with the following software: Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); Adobe (Acrobat Professional, Robohelp), DITA, Jira & SharePoint
• Skill in evaluating documentation, production and quality control and publishing system operation
• Skill in understanding and focusing on client needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
• Skill in editing writing for punctuation, syntax and grammar
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
 

What you bring:

• 8-12 Years experience in Technical Writing /Certification
• Writers from a Banking/Fintech Domain.
• Very Good Verbal and Written Communication.
• Ability to apply critical thinking skills to writing and communication.
  Understanding of types of technical documentation and how to choose the right one.
• Skilled researcher and editor.
• Capable of quickly learning complex topics and communicating them to others.
• Written Skills, Communication Skills (Verbal and Written), Teamwork
